If a food item you ordered is unavailable and your total order is below ₦6,000, we’ll refund the amount to your QuickMarket Wallet.
For orders above ₦6,000, you can choose a refund to your QuickMarket Wallet or your bank account that was used to make the transaction earlier. Bank refunds are processed within 48 hours after we confirm your account details.
If you're not satisfied with a product, please:
(e.g. tomatoes, peppers, meat, fish, vegetables)
You must report quality issues within 5 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund.
(e.g. rice, beans, yams, spices)
You can request a return or refund within 72 hours, but the issue must be reported within the first 5 hours of delivery.
We can only consider refunds or returns if a valid complaint is made within 6 hours of delivery and confirmed by our team.
